About the role
Support the customer care team in a veterinary pharmaceutical company and assist the sales team to meet targets.
What you’ll do
• Call customers and keep accurate interaction records. • Handle customer enquiries by phone and social media. • Send order confirmations and customer feedback reports. • Assist with content creation and Facebook ads. • Support sales team and exhibition events.
What you’ll bring
• Degree or HND in English, linguistics, Mass communication or related field. • Minimum one year experience in customer care services. • Willing to travel for exhibitions when required. • Organized and able to work under pressure. • Meet deadlines.
