About the role
Provide customer support for commercial energy business clients via phone, chat, and email. Deliver excellent service to keep clients satisfied.
What you’ll do
• Conduct non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and chat. • Discuss rebate status, scheduling, submittal procedures, and program guidelines. • Perform professional outreach. • Assist customers with energy application inquiries and program questions. • Complete other administrative duties as assigned.
What you’ll bring
• High school diploma. • 2+ years professional work experience. • 2+ years proficiency with MS Office Suite. • Pass background check with drug screening. • Authorized to work in continental United States.
