About the role
Lead and manage the Customer Escalations team while handling complex escalations. Improve processes and collaborate across teams to enhance claims service.
What you’ll do
• Carry caseload of high-priority escalations. • Manage and coach Customer Escalations Advisors. • Design and implement streamlined processes. • Lead weekly escalation reviews and reporting. • Collaborate with Claims and internal teams.
What you’ll bring
• Claims adjusting experience in Auto, Property, Liability or similar. • Experience managing or leading others. • Comfortable managing difficult client conversations. • Strong root cause analysis and process improvement skills. • Work authorization in eligible U.S. states.
