About the role
Drive customer engagement and develop strategic partnerships to support business growth. Manage customer interactions across physical and digital channels.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and payment links. • Monitor customer satisfaction and recommend service improvements. • Engage clients and convert enquiries into business. • Drive e-market development and digital marketing initiatives. • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners.
What you’ll bring
