About the role
Provide high-level customer support by troubleshooting payments, bank linking, and accounting syncs. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues and improve processes using AI tools.

• Engage with customers via calls, email, and chat. • Diagnose issues across multiple product areas. • Manage escalations end-to-end with ownership mindset. • Build and improve AI tools for CX operations. • Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.
