About the role
Join the team to acquire and onboard new customers while promoting digital banking products. Assist customers with account registration and activation in a field-based role.
What you’ll do
• Acquire and onboard new customers. • Promote digital banking products and services. • Assist customers with account registration and activation. • Engage traders, business owners and potential customers. • Drive customer referrals and meet assigned targets.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum of SSCE, OND or NCE. • 1–3 years experience in sales, marketing, fintech or POS operations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Own a smartphone and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work in the field six days a week.
