About the role
Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for service professionals using the platform. Coordinate onboarding and provide exceptional customer service to new users.
What you’ll do
• Own relationship during initial onboarding phase. • Serve as primary resource for new customers. • Reinforce product value and drive adoption. • Communicate client feedback across teams. • Identify opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll bring
• 1-3+ years in customer success or sales. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Proven success with new customer relationships. • Work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST. • Advanced English proficiency.
