About the role
Manage the build, quality, and maintenance of Gainsight content including playbooks and alerting logic. Translate lifecycle strategy into scalable customer success platform content.
What you’ll do
• Build and maintain Gainsight CSP playbooks end-to-end. • Design and maintain human handoff alerting logic. • Establish and enforce build quality standards. • Monitor and report on live playbooks and alerts. • Partner on data architecture and system dependencies.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years building and maintaining Gainsight CSP playbooks. • Experience designing alerting and handoff logic. • Strong systems-thinking and scalability mindset. • Experience with RevOps or CS Ops data models. • Work authorization for USA.
