About the role
Make high-volume outbound calls to investigate, bill, and maximize payments on workers' compensation medical claims for hospitals and medical providers.
What you’ll do
• Investigate and resolve troubled or denied workers' compensation claims. • Make outbound calls to employers, insurance reps, attorneys, and patients. • Submit bills and documentation to insurance companies or payers. • Review payer information to determine next steps if bills aren't paid correctly. • Participate in special projects to achieve goals and ensure client success.
What you’ll bring
• Eligibility to work in the United States. • Reside in specified US states within CST Time Zone. • Private, distraction-free home workspace. • On-camera presence for collaboration. • Secure internet with >20 Mbps download and >10 Mbps upload speeds. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
