About the role
Assess mortgage advice and listen to calls to ensure clear, accurate advice. Provide evidence-based feedback to improve customer outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Assess mortgage advice against internal standards and FCA rules. • Complete monthly volume to quality and turnaround standards. • Record outcomes with specific, evidence-based feedback. • Apply scoring criteria consistently and explain reasoning. • Escalate compliance risks and highlight automation opportunities.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 2 years QA assessor experience in financial services. • CeMAP 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent qualification. • Competence to assess advice under T&C Scheme. • Sound knowledge of FCA mortgage advice requirements. • Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides.
