About the role
Manage customer communications, support technicians, and handle daily administrative tasks for a pool service company. Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish.
What you’ll do
• Answer calls and emails about services and pricing. • Communicate technician arrival windows to customers. • Review and send accurate service reports. • Follow up on unpaid invoices and quotes. • Maintain customer and job records in Jobber.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent English and Spanish spoken and written. • Experience in customer service and administrative support. • Familiarity with Jobber and RingCentral. • Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. • Reliable computer, internet, and quiet workspace. • Availability Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time.
