About the role
Lead the customer service team, convert enquiries into sales, and develop new catering sales opportunities. Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer relationships.
What you’ll do
• Drive repeat purchases and customer retention. • Follow up on quotations and leads. • Upsell and cross-sell products. • Supervise customer service team. • Prepare sales and service reports.
What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years sales or customer service experience. • Strong organisational and follow-up skills. • Excellent communication and negotiation. • Proficient with CRM and WhatsApp Business. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
