What you’ll do
• Handle back office tickets and 24/7 online enquiry services. • Respond to customer enquiries via email or online tools. • Support other business units with customer liaison and documentation. • Handle customer complaints and special cases. • Provide feedback and advice documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Customer service experience beneficial but not required. • College degree or above. • Trilingual speaker with native Spanish and advanced English preferred. • High honesty, integrity, and teamwork spirit. • Ability to work under pressure and strong communication skills.
