About the role
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving complaints. Ensure outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. • Process bookings, cancellations, and modifications. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Provide information on travel packages and visa processes. • Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • HND or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field. • 1-3 years experience in customer service. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
