About the role
Manage customer interactions and coordinate parcel movement ensuring high service standards. Facilitate smooth handling of parcels and courier services across locations.
What you’ll do
• Support revenue collection and record transactions. • Supervise packaging, registration and inspection of parcels. • Maintain customer info and transaction history in CRM. • Handle complaints and enquiries ensuring resolution. • Track parcels and update customers on delivery status.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND or Bachelor's in related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
