What you’ll do
• Serve as first contact for customer parcel enquiries. • Coordinate routing and tripping of parcels. • Verify packaging and inspection before dispatch. • Track parcels and update customers on status. • Maintain shipment documentation and handle complaints.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum HND or Bachelor's in related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and tracking tools. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
Life at GUO Transport Company
Rotational shifts Monday to Sunday with one day off weekly. Morning and afternoon shifts available.
