• Manage inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat. • Confirm customer orders and ensure accurate shipping information. • Manage return authorizations, exchanges, and refund requests. • Provide product recommendations and capitalize on sales opportunities. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM.

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills. • Typing speed of 50–55+ WPM. • Private home office with 25 Mbps internet and backup line. • High reliability and strong attendance record. • Adaptability to multi-channel support and flexible shifts.
