About the role
Serve as the primary contact for customers, resolving enquiries and complaints. Ensure a seamless shopping experience across communication channels.

What you’ll bring
• Good knowledge of WhatsApp Business and digital platforms. • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally. • Minimum OND / HND / BSc in relevant discipline. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
