About the role

What you’ll bring
• Minimum OND / HND / BSc in relevant discipline. • Experience in customer service or sales preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and digital platforms. • Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
