About the role
Support US based clinics by assisting patients with administrative and coordination tasks. Ensure accurate documentation and excellent patient experience in Spanish and English.
What you’ll do
• Perform insurance verification (preferred). • Handle new patient enrollment and intake. • Answer calls and assist patient inquiries. • Schedule and reschedule appointments. • Manage patient records using EMR systems.
What you’ll bring
• Proficient in written and spoken Spanish and English. • Minimum 6 months BPO experience in Spanish bilingual account. • Comfortable supporting US clinics and physicians. • Willing to learn EMR/EHR and insurance verification. • Stable internet and quiet remote work environment.
