About the role
Attend to customer enquiries, assist with clothing selections and measurements, process orders, and maintain positive customer relationships. Support daily customer service operations and deliver an excellent shopping experience.

• Encourage repeat purchases and recommend products. • Provide accurate product and order information. • Handle complaints, returns, and concerns professionally. • Assist with clothing selections and take measurements. • Process orders and follow up on fulfilment.
What you’ll bring
• Available to resume immediately. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Basic computer skills and CRM familiarity preferred. • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred. • Must reside near Lekki Phase 1 for commuting.
