About the role
Support clients during onboarding to implement the Astrea platform and improve their workflow. Ensure client activation and retention by providing training and proactive engagement.
What you’ll do
• Maintain effective client communication during onboarding. • Conduct trainings and masterclasses on platform use. • Support client activation and tool implementation. • Identify cancellation risks and propose engagement actions. • Collaborate with Product, Support, and Sales teams.
What you’ll bring
• Higher education completed or in progress. • Basic knowledge of Customer Success. • Familiarity with Google tools. • Good communication and online presentation skills. • Work authorization for Brazil.
