What you’ll do
• Engage with accounts at risk to prevent churn. • Drive product adoption and maximize customer value. • Escalate complex issues. • Debug and resolve workflow issues. • Deliver training sessions to customer teams.
What you’ll bring
• Senior experience in customer success or technical account management. • Experience in Application Security (AppSec). • Tech-savvy with debugging skills. • Strong communication and proactive attitude. • Based in Sydney or Melbourne.
