What you’ll do
• Analyze customer requirements and promote ExtraHop application. • Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities. • Engage end-users for assistance and enablement. • Lead new customer onboarding and introductions. • Host recurring customer meetings and business reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Four-year degree in technical field preferred. • Proficiency in networking principles and application protocols. • Experience with enterprise security operations and SOC workflows. • Familiarity with cloud providers and virtualization concepts. • Work authorization for Australia.
