Help customers become successful, independent users of Roboflow by delivering technical enablement programs and creating scalable educational content.
What you’ll do
• Develop and improve technical enablement programs. • Host webinars, workshops, and office hours. • Deliver 1:1 targeted enablement for qualifying customers. • Create reusable educational assets. • Identify recurring customer friction and create scalable solutions.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning. • Comfortable with Python and APIs. • Ability to teach technical concepts clearly. • Experience creating technical educational content. • Strong communication and workload management skills.
