About the role
Manage customer relationships from contract signature through renewal to ensure success. Support B2B brokerage and crypto offerings globally.
What you’ll do
• Act as primary contact for B2B customers. • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention. • Manage escalations with customer empathy. • Drive adoption of Alpaca features. • Deliver QBRs and executive reports.
What you’ll bring
• 4–6 years customer success experience. • Experience in brokerage or crypto trading platform. • Knowledge of brokerage or crypto trading operations. • Ability to work US hours remotely. • Work authorization for Americas region.
