About the role
Manage customer success by analyzing requirements, securing renewals, and driving product adoption. Engage customers to ensure successful outcomes and growth opportunities.
What you’ll do
• Analyze customer requirements and promote ExtraHop applications. • Secure contract renewals and identify growth opportunities. • Lead new customer onboarding and introductions. • Assess and document customer health and maturity. • Host recurring customer meetings and business reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in Spanish and English. • Formal qualifications in Cyber Security or Networking a plus. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work flexible hours for international customers. • Work authorization for Spain or remote work from Spain.
