About the role
Manage relationships with top customers to optimize their use of Samsara's IoT platform. Support French-speaking customers and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer success.
What you’ll do
• Ensure customers increase safety, efficiency, and sustainability. • Compose joint success plans with customers. • Orchestrate executive business reviews. • Conduct workshops to recommend workflow changes. • Support French-speaking customer implementations.
What you’ll bring
• 2-4+ years in senior Customer Success or related role. • Fluency in English and French. • Experience with technical products. • Customer travel up to 15%. • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution. • Legal right to work in Canada.
