About the role
Provide first-line support for LogMeIn ITSG products via calls, emails, and remote sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while collaborating with support teams.
What you’ll do
• Respond to customer inquiries via calls and emails. • Lead customer issues end-to-end with troubleshooting. • Document and manage cases in Salesforce. • Achieve first-contact resolution when possible. • Collaborate with next-level support teams.
What you’ll bring
• Fluent in Italian and English or French and English. • Experience in customer-facing IT support. • Ability to lead remote support sessions. • Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Android, iOS. • Work authorization for Hungary.
