• Be point of contact for member questions and issues. • Support on-site trainers with urgent requests. • Communicate via chat, WhatsApp, and email only. • Represent brand tone warmly and helpfully.
What you’ll bring
• Excellent written English. • Empathy and strong people instincts. • Good judgment and independent decision-making. • Reliable with sense of ownership. • Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends. • German language is a plus.
