About the role
The D365 CE Functional Consultant configures Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, supports testing and training, and helps clients adopt CRM/CX solutions. Senior consultants lead workstreams and guide junior staff.
What you’ll do
• Capture business requirements and document processes. • Configure D365 CE and Power Platform features. • Support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights. • Prepare design documents, test scripts, and training materials. • Support testing, release readiness, and go-live activities.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service. • Knowledge of Dataverse, model-driven apps, Power Automate. • Ability to produce clear documentation and collaborate. • Understanding of agile delivery and change management. • Work authorization for United States.
