About the role
Operate and monitor the fully automated dairy production line ensuring quality and hygiene standards. Manage shift handovers and troubleshoot system alarms for smooth production.
What you’ll do
• Follow shift handover protocols and log production data. • Execute product recipe and process parameters accurately. • Monitor and control production line via SCADA/DCS system. • Identify and resolve system alarms and technical issues. • Operate automated CIP system to maintain hygiene.
What you’ll bring
• Willing to work rotating shifts including nights. • Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field. • Proficient with DCS/SCADA or automation software. • Minimum 2 years in fermentation or beverage production.
