About the role
Support and enhance customer analytics dashboards and provide Datastore support for Axon Records and Standards. Resolve support tickets and ensure dashboard reliability.
What you’ll do
• Own customer support tickets from intake to resolution. • Modify and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports. • Monitor and respond to dashboard outages. • Provide front line Datastore support and troubleshoot SQL queries. • Write knowledge base articles and report bugs.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years supporting cloud-based analytics or reporting products. • Strong SQL proficiency and troubleshooting skills. • Experience building and supporting Power BI dashboards. • Must pass CJIS background check. • Legal eligibility to work in firearms environment.
