About the role
Manage and evolve a self-service data platform supporting Product, Engineering, and GTM teams. Lead data quality, standards, and team development to drive business impact and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Build and evolve self-service data platform. • Define data quality standards and incident-response. • Establish canonical data models and metrics. • Manage data team and hiring. • Own quarterly data OKRs and roadmap.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years data engineering and analytics experience. • Proficient with Python, SQL, Snowflake or equivalent. • Experience with real-time analytics tools. • Build reusable datasets and BI layers. • Work authorization for listed countries.
