About the role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and advanced analytics solutions across the bank. Collaborate with teams to embed AI into products and decision-making.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate data scientists and AI developers. • Ensure high-quality datasets with Data Engineering. • Support Data Science & AI strategy execution. • Lead AI Proof of Concept and pilot initiatives. • Ensure model governance and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in related field. • 6–10 years in Data Science or AI. • Minimum 3 years in senior technical role. • Experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
