About the role
The Data Verification Officer ensures accuracy and integrity of programme data through field verification and supports government data quality assessments. The role involves frequent travel and collaboration with health workers and government counterparts.
What you’ll do
• Plan and target spot checks using prioritisation tools. • Conduct field spot checks and mentor Lafiya Sisters. • Verify counselling data and escalate discrepancies. • Investigate data discrepancies with national systems. • Provide technical assistance to government on community data.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Minimum 2 years in monitoring, evaluation or data collection. • Fluency in English and Hausa or Pidgin. • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
