About the role
Drive deposit growth and acquire new customers for a microfinance bank across assigned branches. Meet monthly liability targets and build strong business relationships.
What you’ll do
• Prepare reports on deposit performance and customer acquisition. • Build and maintain relationships with business owners and traders. • Acquire new customers and grow deposit portfolio. • Drive mobilization of savings, current, and fixed deposits. • Monitor deposits and implement retention strategies.
What you’ll bring
• Existing customer base or access to depositors preferred. • Strong relationship management and sales skills. • Reside close to preferred branch advantageous. • OND, HND, or B.Sc in related field. • Minimum 2 years experience in deposit mobilization.
