About the role
Lead and scale Maven’s direct-to-consumer healthcare design experiences. Manage a small team and own high-priority product design work.
What you’ll do
• Lead product design for consumer healthcare experiences. • Manage senior Product Design/UXR team. • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, Clinical teams. • Design 0→1 products and optimize live consumer journeys. • Drive research, experimentation, and data-informed design.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years product design experience. • Experience managing design teams. • Strong UX, prototyping, visual design skills. • Portfolio showing D2C product design leadership. • Work authorization for the United States.
