About the role
Provide technical support to developers implementing Algolia in various web and mobile stacks. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to solve customer issues and improve support processes.
What you’ll do
• Handle technical requests via web and email support. • Conduct empathetic conversations to troubleshoot issues. • Submit bug reports to Engineering team. • Partner with Product and Engineering teams. • Contribute to knowledge bases and internal projects.
What you’ll bring
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with web development, REST APIs, databases. • 1-2 years technical customer support experience. • Knowledge of JavaScript, Java, PHP, C#, Objective-C, Swift, Ruby, Python. • Ability to prioritize multiple tickets and work on-call. • Excellent English skills.
