About the role
Prepare new and existing employees for accurate, efficient, and compliant digital advertising operations. Deliver training, develop materials, and support employee readiness and skill development.
What you’ll do
• Deliver new-hire, refresher, remedial, and cross-training. • Create training materials and assessments. • Assess production readiness and skill sets. • Support nesting and early production coaching. • Collaborate with stakeholders and clients.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution. • 2+ years hands-on Ad Operations experience. • Experience delivering structured training or coaching. • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms. • Strong English communication and Microsoft Office skills. • Work authorization for Philippines.
