About the role
Lead digital customer acquisition, activation, conversion and retention for fintech and SaaS products. Manage a team to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
What you’ll do
• Develop strategies to improve onboarding and conversion rates. • Collaborate with product and tech teams to enhance customer experience. • Drive acquisition via paid ads, SEO, referrals, email, SMS, WhatsApp. • Recruit and manage a high-performing team. • Monitor growth metrics and optimize performance.
What you’ll bring
• 8–12 years in digital growth or related fields. • Experience with SMEs and business customers. • Managed customer funnel including activation and retention. • Led teams of at least 8 people. • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. • Work authorization for Nigeria.
