About the role
Lead and execute BenefitHub's high-volume email and lifecycle marketing program. Drive engagement, deliverability, and monetization while managing a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
• Execute newsletter program optimizing sponsored placements and offers. • Advise Ad Sales and Merchant teams on email best practices. • Manage campaign execution, QA, scheduling, and analysis. • Own deliverability and sender reputation across markets. • Lead team and cross-functional communication and reporting.
What you’ll bring
• 9+ years hands-on email or lifecycle marketing experience. • Expertise in email deliverability and compliance. • Mastery of enterprise ESP and marketing automation tools. • Proven team management and leadership skills. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • Work authorization for United States.
