About the role
Lead the Employee Relations function to manage workplace concerns and investigations across a multi-site workforce. Oversee high-risk cases and partner with Legal and People Business Partners to ensure consistent employee relations practices.
What you’ll do
• Lead and develop a team of 5 ER professionals. • Set standards and manage case resolution quality. • Oversee complex workplace investigations. • Serve as primary ER liaison to Legal. • Track and report ER case trends and risks.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field. • 10+ years HR experience with employee relations focus. • 5+ years people leadership experience. • Knowledge of labor and employment law. • Work authorization for United States.
