About the role
Lead IT Field Technician and Helpdesk teams to meet technology needs. Oversee ITSM processes and nationwide field support model.

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required. • 14+ years in computer technology fields. • 10+ years management experience. • Certifications in ITIL, ITSM or similar. • 10+ years Microsoft desktop and Intune experience.
