About the role
Lead market access strategy in Poland to ensure patient access to oncology therapies. Drive reimbursement, pricing, and stakeholder engagement for product launches.
What you’ll do
• Develop and implement market access and pricing strategies. • Lead HTA and pricing dossier preparation and submissions. • Engage with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities. • Collaborate with medical affairs and marketing teams. • Monitor health policy and reimbursement environments.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum 10 years market access experience in Poland pharma/biotech. • Proven success in oncology product launch and reimbursement. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Understanding of Poland healthcare and reimbursement systems. • Work authorization for Poland.
