About the role
Lead CrossFit's affiliate business to support and empower the global affiliate community. Drive growth, retention, and operational excellence while managing a high-performing team.
What you’ll do
• Lead strategy and execution for affiliate business unit. • Engage with affiliate owners through visits and events. • Analyze affiliate unit economics for growth and risk. • Collaborate cross-functionally across HQ departments. • Manage budget and optimize resource allocation.
What you’ll bring
• Current CrossFit affiliate ownership and operational experience. • Active CrossFit Level 4 certification and participation. • 10+ years executive leadership experience. • Strong strategic analysis and team building skills. • Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations.
