About the role
Lead affiliate strategy and growth for a new market launch in a fast-growing online casino startup. Drive acquisition and retention through strong partner relationships and data-driven decisions.
What you’ll do
• Own affiliate budget and investment strategy. • Develop and execute affiliate acquisition and growth strategy. • Build and manage relationships with affiliates and media partners. • Negotiate commercial agreements and commission structures. • Monitor and optimize affiliate performance against KPIs.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years affiliate management in iGaming online casino vertical. • Established network of affiliates and media partners. • Understanding of affiliate KPIs and commercial deal structures. • Experience launching and scaling affiliate programs in regulated markets. • Work authorization for remote role.
