About the role
Lead Digacore's Development & Automation team to establish structure, consistency, and results. Manage AI services, internal data, and client software product streams.
What you’ll do
• Lead and manage the Development & Automation team. • Set SOPs, guidelines, and delivery cadence. • Define and track KPIs for leadership visibility. • Own client AI engagements and product releases. • Grow team and manage tooling, budget, and capacity.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in automation, development, or technical operations. • 3+ years leading technical teams with direct reports. • Experience establishing SOPs and KPIs. • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft stack and APIs. • Work authorization for United States.
