About the role
Lead the engineering organization responsible for GitLab Dedicated, a premium single-tenant SaaS for enterprise customers. Scale the platform to meet growth targets with compliance and enterprise-grade SLAs.
What you’ll do
• Own strategy and roadmap for GitLab Dedicated platform. • Lead teams managing orchestration, resilience, compliance, and migrations. • Ensure platform reliability and customer onboarding speed. • Deliver FedRAMP compliant public sector SaaS offerings. • Hire and coach engineering managers, implement AI workflows.
