About the role
Lead the engineering organization for client acquisition and digital operations. Own technical delivery and senior client relationships while building and mentoring the team.
What you’ll do
• Lead and grow engineering managers and tech leads. • Set technical strategy and roadmap. • Hire and retain senior engineering talent. • Serve as senior engineering partner to client executives. • Ensure delivery meets contractual and security requirements.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years software engineering experience. • 4+ years leading engineering teams. • Strong foundation in React, Next.js, Go, AWS, Terraform. • Experience with client relationships and crisis management. • Work authorization required; no visa sponsorship.
